Click the Assets & Schedules bookmarklet while you are signed in to Systematic. It pulls both exports with your session and opens this page with the data attached. You can also drop the two CSV files anywhere on this page, or use Load export.
Each park row has a row of small squares, one per asset super type. The colour tells you whether the assets a park holds are matched by a live maintenance schedule.
Of the asset types a park actually holds, the share that have at least one live schedule touching them. A park with only accommodation and grounds, both scheduled, reads 100% even though most codes are blank.
Coverage is a keyword match between live schedule text and asset super types, so treat it as an indicator rather than a hard link. The schedule export names assets as free text, not IDs, so a genuine link is not possible from this data alone.
